A little about us

A little flour. A lot of patience.

The first trays leave the oven at half seven. We make the dough slowly, pour the coffee carefully and leave the best window seat to whoever gets here first.

The first batch

The first butter croissant

Flaky butter layers, baked until golden and still warm from the morning oven.
